GENERAL

1. Please check the following before coil winding :
a) Is the dimension of the wire in accordance with the requirement ?
b) Is there any oxidization on the conductor surface ?
c) Is there any damage of the film during handling ?
2. Please store the residual wire with care after coil winding to
avoid dust especially metal powder, moisture & direct sun light.
3. Please choose correct & compatible impregnation varnish.

FOR WINDING

1. Minimise the elongation of the wire during coiling.
Generally speaking, it is better to restrain the elongation up to
maximum 5%.
2. Please arrange winding machine to avoid damage or decrease of the diameter of the wire.
3. Please avoid the transformation of the coil shape, damage of
insulation material.
4. Please pay attention to the handling of the coil before varnish treatment.
5. Please avoid the dust, specially metal power & moisture during storing of the coil.
